7^th Grade Global Gourmet

This eighteen week introductory course will teach students basic culinary skills, basic manners and etiquette, and provide basic knowledge of nutrition. We will be studying global foods as they pertain to the 7^th grade social studies course.  Students are expected to participate in class discussions, complete assignments and projects, take notes, and work as an effective team while cooking in the lab.
